The cost of delivery will depend upon a number of factors:
- The value of your order
- Where you want the order delivering and
- The weight of your order
We only ship our goods as insured parcels.
Please note that all our goods are shipped in well padded and wrapped parcels to ensure their safe delivery to the address of your choice. This however does add a minimal extra weight to the parcel itself, we therefore do calculate the weight of the parcel as follows:
10kg parcel = 8kg goods
20kg parcel = 15kg goods
Calculating the delivery costs do depend on the weight of the parcel and the country you are planning to which it will be shipped.
Please note that Stadtbäckerei Säurig will not accept any responsibility to check the individual shipping and import regulations of the relevant country.
We are unable to accept payments by credit or debit cards via this website and any payments by cheque.
The payment is to be made payable to the bank details stated in your confirmation email. Once payment has been received your order will be dispatched.
If you are placing an order on behalf of a company, Stadtbäckerei Säurig might be able offer alterative payment terms. This has to be agreed in writing with Stadtbäckerei Säurig prior to placing an order.
All goods remain within the ownership of Stadtbäckerei Säurig until full payment has been received.
Your Right to Cancel
We want you to be completely satisfied with shopping with us. You can cancel your order at any time prior to your payment. We cannot accept any cancellations once the goods have been delivered.
To cancel your order, please e-mail us or telephone. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation.
However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights. German law is applicable
Availability - All orders are subject to availability. If your order includes products that are not available; we will inform you as soon as possible
Product changes - From time to time recipes, product packaging, dietary classifications and ingredients change and we may not always be as up to date as we would like to be, so please always check the details on the packaging before using. This is especially important if there is a possibility of an allergic reaction. We are always happy to lookup the ingredients in a particular product for you.
