Since 1932 it is our highest priority to provide fresh and high quality products to our customers. We are well known for our christmas specialities, such as the Original Dresdener Christstollen, also kown as Stollen. All our bakery products are produced without the use of preservatives.
We are always keen to offer our customers a daily variety of products, of which each one is produced in accordance with a baking tradition, which has been tried and tested over centuries.
After two decades working in the south of Germany, also known as Swabia, Master Bakerer Roland Schmidt returned to his home town to take over the management of the bakery Stadtbaeckerei Saeurig.

Let the christmas bakery commence....The bakermen are ready to start into a new Stollen season and have been working hard to do their magic in producing our lovely christmas specialities, which are now available in our stores and our online Shop. For now you can buy or order our delicious Original Dresdner Christstollen, Poppy Seed Stollen and Poppy Seed Striezel.
